Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2016

Over 37 countries from all around the world are represented at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair and the Chocolate Fair 2016 at Olympia Exhibition Centre from September 4th to September 6th 2016. The SFFF16 includes 850 stands across 4,500 square meters of exhibition space and presents ittself as the definitive trade event for local, regional and artisan food and drink.

It was exciting to see a flourishing industry of young and vibrant companies thrive and exhibit along side  renowned producers with centuries of tradition. The business mentoring centre and the Small Business Forum looked busy throughout the day, offering hands on support and advice.

The numbers of exhibitors show an ever growing interest in the Health & Wellness market including free from producers, with over 150 companies offering gluten free products as well as similar numbers for products free from artificial ingredients, added sugar, lactose/dairy, ethical producers. More than 50 organic producers and companies are also present at the show and companies as well as a smaller range of fair trade producers

Events at SFFF 16 include the Fine Food Live,  a demonstration kitchen focusing on practical advice and tips from some of the industry’s most experienced chefs and personalities to help keep visitors up-to-date with the industry’s current trends. The Innovation and Pitching Stage is the largest of its kind at a UK trade show, a one-stop location for exciting new products to be discovered at the UK’s premier trade show for Speciality and Fine food.
