The numbers of exhibitors show an ever growing interest in the Health & Wellness market including free from producers, with over 150 companies offering gluten free products as well as similar numbers for products free from artificial ingredients, added sugar, lactose/dairy, ethical producers. More than 50 organic producers and companies are also present at the show and companies as well as a smaller range of fair trade producers
Events at SFFF 16 include the Fine Food Live, a demonstration kitchen focusing on practical advice and tips from some of the industry’s most experienced chefs and personalities to help keep visitors up-to-date with the industry’s current trends.
